Anna Nicole Smith’s 17-year-old daughter, Dannielynn, cosplays in rare photos with dad Larry Birkhead
Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn, started her 18th birthday celebrations early at the Official Power Morphicon Convention.
The 17-year-old was “overcome with joy” attending the Pasadena, Calif., event with her dad, Larry Birkhead, over the weekend.
The photographer, 51, documented the experience of the teen getting “to meet some of her favorite actors from Japanese live-action television” via Instagram on Monday.
“Dannielynn cosplayed three different ‘Kamen Rider’ characters at the event,” he wrote alongside photos of each ensemble.
“First up was, ‘Hino Eiji’ followed by ‘Ankh’ and to finish the convention off, she cosplayed Ankh possessing Eiji from the ‘Kamen Rider OOO 10th: Core Medal of Resurrection’ movie, complete with Ankh’s (Greeed) bird-style hand and feather infused hair,” Birkhead explained.
He called the convention, which ran from Friday through Sunday, the “first stop and pre-celebration” for Dannielynn’s upcoming Sept. 6 birthday.

“The countdown begins now!” Birkhead concluded.
Dannielynn was all smiles in the social media slideshow as she met and shook hands with multiple actors and fellow fans.
Birkhead, for his part, dressed in a graphic tee, shorts and a baseball cap.
The real estate agent and Smith welcomed their baby girl in September 2006, five months before the model died at age 39.
Despite keeping Dannielynn primarily out of the spotlight, Birkhead has given rare glimpses of their life over the years.
Most recently, the father-daughter pair attended the Kentucky Derby together in May — and Dannielynn’s outfit paid homage to “Kamen Rider.”
“Dannielynn’s dress was inspired by her favorite character Hino Eiji, Kamen Rider OOO TaJaDor combo — she made me write that 😆 — because that character had the same shoulders as the design of the dress she found ! 🤷♂️” Birkhead wrote at the time.
“Hey whatever works,” he concluded. “Just trying to spend a little quality time as this weekend of traditions come to a close.”
When they snapped a selfie on the flight home, Dannielynn sported the same shirt her dad would later wear at the convention.
