Tyra Banks praises ‘little wrinkles’ around her mouth: ‘Kinda feelin’ them’
Tyra Banks is embracing her age.
The former “America’s Top Model” host posted a sultry selfie on Instagram on Sunday, showing off her skin and giving herself a little praise.
“I now have these little wrinkles on the corner of my mouth and I’m kinda feelin’ them,” Banks captioned the photo, in which she wears smokey eyeshadow and a black headband to pull her curly hair back.
She then posed a question to her followers, asking, “What are you [feelin’] about yourself these days?”
And fans seem to agree, commenting their approval on her latest selfie.
“I LOVE that you have not resisted aging with surgeries, etc. You are, as always, STUNNING!!!,” one said. Another wrote, “Take it all in babe. You age like fine wine 🍷”
Others supported the idea of embracing wrinkles, with one commenter declaring, “❤️ seeing it is a blessing. You loved life and life loved you” and a second gushed, “What wrinkles? A BEAUTY inside and outside!❤️❤️❤️”
Banks has been talking about the aging process recently, including in September when she declared that 50 “is the new 30” and discussed plastic surgery, saying she’s “not against it” but “I just haven’t had it yet.”

“Maybe I’ll need a little something, something,” Banks admitted. “But I’m not insecure about it.”
The post comes one month after Banks celebrated her 50th birthday with makeup-free photos in nothing but a fluffy gray robe, writing, “So many fear getting older. That’s understandable. Things just aren’t the same anymore. Our bodies. Our energy. Our minds. 🧠.
But I gotta say, my mind is FIERCER THAN EVER. Wise, baby.”
