Inside Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner’s new $23.5M Miami estate
Supermodel Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner spent $23.5 million on an eight-bedroom Miami estate — just minutes from his brother, Jared Kushner, and wife Ivanka Trump, Page Six can confirm.
The couple, who are expecting their first baby, bought the home from hospitality mogul Keith Menin this summer, according to a source.
The two-story mansion sits on a 24,860-square-foot lot and features a stunning pool and wine cellar. Kloss and Kushner also paid to keep the furnishings.
Property records show the official buyer is Malibu Summer 2020 LLC, a Delaware company, as a trustee of the Malibu Summer Land Trust, which uses the address of San Francisco investment firm Iconiq Capital.
Menin and his cousin Jared Galbut lead Menin Hospitality, a Miami-based firm that runs the Gale South Beach, Bodega in Miami Beach, and other hospitality projects.
We revealed this week that Ivanka and Jared have bought a plot of land for $31 million on the ultra-posh and secure Indian Creek Island. It is only about 10 minutes away from the other Kushners.
Ivanka and Jared are making plans ahead of their departure from Washington, DC, after President Trump leaves the White House. They will also keep their Park Avenue apartment, sources confirmed.
